This is a beautiful restaurant with great views. Its modern decor is not however matched by its menu. Despite it being 2025 and eating habits changing to less meat being eaten this restaurant, like too many others in Switzerland, has no vegetarian options for its mid day fixed price lunch. Even worse the a la carte also lacks any! There was a salad and soup option in the starters - the soup, though delicious, and inventive cost 25 francs!!. We were told the kitchen could accommodate a vegetarian dish and my husband was offered pasta. When it came it consisted of white macaroni and vegetables glazed in Japanese sauce. I could have made better at home. The creativeness of the soup makes me believe the chefs could offer properly thought out vegetarian options, they just havenât bothered. A real shame. The views make it worthwhile coming here for a coffee or drink but if you are a veggie or vegan eat elsewhere...
   Read moreThere used to be a "beach hotel" here in the past. It has now been torn down and replaced by this modern building housing a French leaning restaurant and conference facilities. We came here for lunch the last Friday of April 2024 taking a pause from shooting brown kites fishing in the waters in front of the harbor. The decoration is modern sober and the view over the harbor of Le Bouveret through the high glass windows facing west is magnificent. It was still too cold outside to eat on the large terrace, perfect for warm summer evenings. Food was excellent, portions generous and service kind and efficient. Lâaccueil est chaleureux, le service attentif et souriant, et la dĂ©coration Ă©lĂ©gante crĂ©e une ambiance chic et conviviale. La magnifique terrasse avec vue sur le lac rend lâexpĂ©rience encore plus magique.
