Le Panetier — Restaurant in Pregny-Chambésy

I just had an awful experience at Le Panetier in Chambesy. As the price of a lemon pie was not displayed I asked the lady behind the counter. She scolded me, telling me the price was next to the pie. Of course, it wasn't.

She made it clear that I was bothering her after reluctantly telling me the price.

Comportement inacceptable:

Je suis une cliente régulière de la Panetière. J’ai été dégoûtée et très déçu par le comportement d’une employée.

Elle m’insulte devant ses collègues. Son service était pitoyable et médiocre.

Attitude non professionnelle, Manque d’éducation et de savoir être .

Elle ne s’excuse pas, parle avec arrogance et mépris aux clients.

Elle affiche ce comportement assez souvent, mais aujourd’hui était le top de la sauvagerie.

Il serait bien de la recarder, car à ce rythme là elle fera fuir tout les clients, et je ne vous le souhaite pas, car boulangerie superbe et les autres...
