The soup was absolutely delicious. Ice cream amazing. It’s a great place to pop in while walking by. Ambience is excellent. Worst experience ever. Server on own and had huge attitude. I had problems with the app, wouldn’t take time to serve me. I waited patiently but tonnes of other people came in ordering drinks using app and she kept ignoring me. Then turns out you can’t make any changes to any items, all pre-made. Couldn’t even make a plain croissant it already had raclette. So one child could not eat any lunch as they don’t eat cheese or soup. They only had ice cream for lunch. But if she’d had taken time they could have had some bread that they serve with soup! I had already placed order for items for rest of the group using the app. Servers attitude was much better when not stressed out. She even gave extra bread for their soup. Wir hatten so Lust auf die Suppen (Winter-Popup) und sind extra um 17.00 vorbeigegangen um zu fragen, ob wir für das Abendessen reservieren müssen. Dies sei nicht nötig, und wir haben auch nochmals die im Eingang angeschriebenen Öffnungszeiten bestätigt bekommen.
