I just visited this Subway and had a really disappointing experience. When we walked in, the only employee was sitting in the corner eating a sandwich. Instead of greeting us or coming over to help, she just told us to use the ordering screen. Not the warmest welcome.
The problem was, none of the self-checkout kiosks were even working properly. One person next to us had their payment declined multiple times, and we couldn’t even place our order without issues. The whole environment felt unprofessional and unwelcoming not at all what I expect from Subway.
