Subway — Restaurant in Schlieren

I just visited this Subway and had a really disappointing experience. When we walked in, the only employee was sitting in the corner eating a sandwich. Instead of greeting us or coming over to help, she just told us to use the ordering screen. Not the warmest welcome.

The problem was, none of the self-checkout kiosks were even working properly. One person next to us had their payment declined multiple times, and we couldn’t even place our order without issues. The whole environment felt unprofessional and unwelcoming not at all what I expect from Subway.

Honestly, I don’t mind using a self-order screen if it works, but when the staff doesn’t even bother to get up and help, it leaves a bad impression. Definitely not a place I’d recommend in its...

Normally Subways are great in Switzerland, today at this location not so much. We ordered a menu but the employee charged for everything separately. We only ordered 1 drink but she gave and charged us for 2. And during preparation, she hardly put any vegetables on it. Pretty ironic when you consider that the slogan is "Eat fresh."
