Pho Sushi — Restaurant in Sierre

Finding good food for a reasonable price in Switzerland makes finding a needle in a haystack look easy. So we were delighted to find this gem not too far from home. We had the Beef Pho and Bun Bo Xao along with a mixed Vietnamese starter plate and all three were both delicious and very authentic. I can't think of ever having eaten better in Switzerland and this was by far the most true to roots food I've had here outside of the major cities. The owner, his wife (from Vietnam) and the waitress were all lovely and we will definitely be coming back. Not least to try the Japanese...

I came here for a late lunch during my way back from Crans-Montana. The place is very simple and well maintained. I ordered fried dumplings and spring rolls with pork filling and a beef pho. All the food was outstanding and the broth of the pho it was one of the best I ever tried. So tasty! I was full but I finished also the broth! The menu has also a Japanese dishes section and more Vietnamese choices. I’ll definitely come back next time. We were two people and in total we spent 82chf for 2 apetizers...

Superb place. Amazing food and reasonable prices. Portions are generous. Beautifully served. Family owned place and the people are very nice and helpful, you can feel they care about their business and invest into it. There's lots of attention to detail in everything. Also the interrior is lovely, there's big windows and space is well lit. It's aesthetically pleasing and cozy. One of the best dining experiences in Switzerland, honestly....
