MOMIJI Japanese Street Food — Restaurant in Sierre

I think the service is decent. Reminds me some of the Japanese culture I missed dearly. It’s very slow due to popularity. You are better off ordering ahead by call. The cleanliness seems up to casual dining standards. The look of the place is quite unique and the chef compliments it. The taste doesn’t seem to Living up to the theme. the shrimp wrap is soggy, but the taste nonetheless are up to standards and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. The poke bowls shouldn’t be called a poke bowl considering it looks more similar to Donburi. Considering the market and the area I would say it is well off for the choices that we have in the vicinity, However if you have a choice I would recommend going to Sion to try out...

Actually a Japanese owned sushi (and more) place, a rare remaining pillar of what sushi et co should be made like,which is with love care and quality ingredients. Come and eat and don't worry about the price (,which is not disproportionate for Ch) because this place is actually got real food and good vibes! Also. Another bonus, local and Japanese craft beers! Sorry mama I got somewhere...

Sympathique petit shop qui fait sushis, bentos (bien garnis), bowls, quelques ramens, etc. J’ai attendu un peu car vendredi soir et beaucoup de livraison. Aucun soucis j’ai pris une Asahi et ai tranquillement attendu. Le Karrage bento était bien bon, joliment présenté avec soin (il y a avait une petite mayo wasabi sous les 4-5 bons morceaux de poulet grillés). Ça m’a rappelé le Japon! Soupe miso très bonne. Il y avait même un sushi thon et un sushi saumon dans le bento Karrage (en plus des deux gyozas porc). La deco est sympa et il y a divers produits en ventes genre boutique/épicerie. Apparemment aussi un petit choix sympa de mochis et de bubble teas (même des cocktails alcoolisés bubble tea!) je suis venu en vélo depuis Sion et suis passé par hasard devant en pensant aller dans un autre restau....
