A really great place with excellent food! We came back with my brother just after they re-opened for the summer season and it was fabulous! Service, food, atmosphere are all great. The team works well and efficient together, services is fast (or slower if you wish, they ask you this as well). You will need a reservation as the place is popular with locals and with tourists but it is totally worth it. If you are a woman, be aware that the portions are relatively large. So you'll need to come with someone or choose wisely (the menu is incredibly inviting to try everything :). Highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant in Silvaplana! It has a cosy atmosphere & hearty gourmet inspired menu that has something for everyone. We enjoyed dinner with a group, and loved the mouth watering Geschmorte Rindsbacke and Knuspriger Schweinebauch, and my husband raved about his Onsen-Ei with truffle starter! We loved it so much that we visited again for lunch the next day with the kids, and all loved their pizza, club sandwich and the huge and tasty burger! Great service, great food, new & clean amenities, and we’ll be back for sure!
