Café-boulangerie æmé — Restaurant in Sion

We ordered 55 sandwiches for a group and were completely satisfied. Communication beforehand was very friendly, straightforward, and reliable. We were able to place the order easily via email, and everything was ready on time on the day of pickup.

There were three different sandwich options to choose from, all perfectly portioned for a breakfast. We were especially delighted by a small surprise: we received five carrot cakes as a gift – they were a big hit with the group and voted the best carrot cake we've ever had!

I discovered this first specialty coffee shop in Sion through a friend. It is hard to find specialty coffee in the Valais, but the search in Sion is now over. I enjoy my one hour bike ride to aemē for a double espresso and a cinnamon bun. They also serve hot soups for lunch during the week and you should also try their matcha latte, it is super tasty. Ce nouveau café est tout simplement charmant. Je m'y rends hebdomadairement pour travailler sur mon ordinateur – faire une pause café – dîner – etc. et suis toujours autant ravie de l'accueil, du service, du lieu et du goût ! Les tenanciers sont tout simplement adorables, tout comme leur personnel. Je suis d'ailleurs heureuse de voir un environnement de travail inclusif comme le leurs. Les toilettes sont toujours extrêmement propres et c'est vraiment appréciable dans un lieu public + l'odeur de leur savon pour les mains est tout simplement délicieuse. Concernant leurs produits (enfin!), ils proposent une super sélection de produits cuisiné juste sous nos yeux. Petite recommandation : le sandwitch foccacia au levain vegan. Vraiment, croyez-moi c'est FABULEUX. Pour les amoureux du café, vous trouverez certainement votre bonheur parmi un sélection de torréfacteur de qualité.
