Stella marina — Restaurant in Sion

Absolutely fantastic experience I had here!! It was a surprise experience that my grandparents offered me as it was my birthday and boy was it definitely grand! Entree consisting of grilled goat cheese along with roasted eggplant was absolutely divine. Contrasting texture of the crisp exterior melded so well with the gooey, soft tasty interior. For my main course, I had the seasonal delight of Deer steak served with an assortment of fruits and the traditional spatzli. It was the first time I've had such a plate and words cannot describe how everything was just perfect. To top it all off, I shared a home baked cheesecake with my grandmother which was once again just amazing. I look forward to returning to this fine establishment again in the future. Everything from atmosphere to top notch service was just exemplary....

Unbelievable! I don't know how this restaurant can be rated so well. We waited for ages to get something to drink, another 15 min. until we were asked what we wanted to eat. The salad I finally got had completely wilted, old, inedable ruccola on it. When I pointed this out to the waiter he said it was because of the sauce on the salad. The salad had been brought to me without any sauce. No apology at all, the waiter just told me the salad was fine. We waited another 1/2 hour to pay the bill Fr. 24 for a bad salad. The waiter could not even add up the bill correcty. I do not recommend...

Cela aurait pu être une belle soirée mais une membre du personnel a tout gâché.

À peine arrivées, mon amie et moi nous asseyions près de la porte fenêtre. Dérangées par la fumée de la cigarette du client juste À CÔTÉ, nous avons fermer la porte (juste le temps qu’il finisse de fumer). La serveuse nous saute dessus en criant, je cite: « NON MAIS ELLES SE FOUTENT DE MA GUEULE??! » PARDON ?! J’ai du mal entendre mais non. Elle a commencé à s’exciter et à nous insulter jusqu’à ce que le chef de service arrive et l’emmène plus loin de nous. Ensuite, elle débattait en italien son comportement avec le chef, mais malheureusement pour elle, je suis bilingue et j’ai tout compris. Non seulement elle nous insultait ouvertement mais elle hurlait dans tout le restaurant. Lorsque que nous avons fait la remarque sur son impolitesse, elle est partie en nous rigolant à la figure. Je n’ai jamais eu à faire à une aussi minable serveuse de ce genre. De plus, elle ne s’est JAMAIS excusée de son comportent envers les CLIENTES du restaurant, où son travail est de servir les gens. Je ne comprends pas comment les restaurants peuvent tolérer un comportement pareil de leurs employés. C’est un gros défaut et beaucoup de bons avis sont perdus. Heureusement que le chef de service s’est excusé, même si ce n’était pas à lui de le faire. La serveuse en question a continué sa vie en nous narguant tout le repas, en draguant d’autres clients et en mangeant en même temps de débarrasser …(?!?!?!)

Le personnel est vraiment à revoir si vous souhaitez créer une bonne réputation à ce restaurant. Du personnel de se genre ne mérite pas leur place. Les plats étaient tout...
