Appaloosa Saloon — Restaurant in Spiez

The service and atmosphere made me almost feel like I was in Texas again, until you see the prices and realize that you're still in Switzerland. If you're from the States and looking to break up the somewhat repetitive go-to meals in Switzerland, then I'd recommend it. The Sheriff's Platter was nice because it offered a variety of things. It was plenty filling and particular shout outs go to the steak, jumbo shrimp, and potatoes. The chicken burrito was just not what you'd expect (maybe the sauce?), but not bad. The ribs on the other hand, take your expectations and lower them, then do it again. They just lacked any real flavor, so we ended up rubbing the potatoes against them to give them some spice.

All in all, I'd recommend it to others, but just don't go in thinking you're gonna be paying El Paso prices and getting...

Just wow!!! Everything was on point - the food, the atmosphere, the service.

Firstly, the staff here is so kind and helpful. Always smile and give us the warm feeling !!

Secondly, the food was great!! The ultimate nacho was so so good - it is tasty with many flavour including sour, spicy, sale , i loved it.

Rib eye also good but it will be even better if it come with the bbq sauce .

Lastly, the place was cozy and warm. We are so happy to be here and recommended also to come to this...
