We had a late lunch on the "terrace" of this roadside restaurant run by a young culinarily ambitious couple the first Friday of March 2025. They offer a variety of interesting courses including some exotic meat dishes, fish and vegetarian options. Their wine list is composed entirely of Wallis options which I think is what a restaurant of this kind should feature to open the eyes of international guests going up and down from Verbier that eat in this establishment. Beautifully presented food from Fabio and co. I had the terrine de la chasse followed by cerf Iberico. My companion had the chevreuil de la region - they were both fantastically tender and surrounded by fruits and vegetables, with a side of spatzli. Only slight downside is that terrace faces the car-park, but there is lots of room inside for cooler...
