IKEA Vernier Restaurant — Restaurant in Vernier

The food is good, although not crazy warm, but still okay. They could advertise better that the sauce needs to be taken by yourself right after the cash desk, I ended up having to go back after being seated (whcih is not a big deal but still, could be improved). Looking forward to going back to make the most out of the cheap-ish prices, although I know that I am not sparing money but still sending money that I would have otherwise saved. But again, food is good enough (depending on the items, the meatballs, great, the quinoa, Just average), and not too expensive, so for the experience of living the late capitalism...

My dinner at IKEA Bistro in Vernier was a great experience. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel good lfrom the moment I arrived. Theo, who provided friendly and attentive service, offered excellent advice that helped me choose the perfect dishes. The food was delicious, showcasing the best of Swedish flavors in a simple yet satisfying way. Overall, it was a good decision to come to IKEA: great food, value for money ( I used toogoodtogo) and hospitality...

Je suis une cliente fidèle du magasin et du restaurant IKEA, mais aujourd’hui, j'ai été extrêmement déçue par le manque de souplesse des employés du restaurant. Arrivée avant la fin du service du petit déjeuner avec mon bébé de 27 jours et mon aînée de 1 an et demi, le temps de m'installer avec les enfants et de me rendre au buffet, il était 10h35, soit seulement 5 minutes après la fin du service. Tout était déjà rangé et ils ont refusé de me servir le petit déjeuner. J'ai dû me résoudre à prendre autre chose par dépit. Cette situation m’a paru profondément injuste, alors je suis retournée voir les employés pour demander à parler à leur responsable, Marine. Elle a refusé toute discussion et s'est contentée de répéter que "l'heure c'est l'heure". Aucun sens commercial. Et surtout de cohérence, il se prône pour la famille et ils ne sont pas capables de faire preuve de compréhension envers une maman avec 2 enfants en bas âges en retard...
