We had a family day out and chose to eat here, but it was not a great choice. Undercooked bacon in flavourless Carbonara, a soggy porchetta, carpaccio which has some rather strange flavour and texture variations and looked like it had been cut with a chainsaw, and a kids meal with sausages which looked microwaved. The bruschetta was lovely though, and the things other people bought looked nice, but after I'd added salt to the carbonara nothing could make up for the fact that the guancale was barely hot, let alone crispy. It's a shame really because the ingredients look like they could've been good (at one point), and this restaurant has a nice view, and the service was very attentive and friendly, but I don't think their chef knows Italian cuisine and for ch160 I'd prefer to eat something I couldn't make myself better at home, with the same...
