We were in this restaurant an hour ago to have lunch. I suggested this restaurant to my friend and we went together. We had a plate from the open buffet and the lady asked us if we wanted normal rice or fried rice. We said fried. When the bill came we asked what the extra cost was and they said its for the fried rice. We said we did not know it costed extra. The waiter said : you can go and see our chef, she wants to explain it. We thought, if something needs to be explained, you do not tell the customer go and see the chef?! Then the chef came and said it is written clearly Infront of the buffet. Fair enough, but we have not realized that at all, it s a paper with a long text in it. She told us immediately, if we did not want to pay, she will call the police!!!! We said here our money is already on the table , our intention is not that, we just say you should have told us when you asked the question for the rice. She said I did not have to, you had to read. I said ok I will write a review in Internet and she answered: we have so many customers, it does not matter at all!! When we were leaving, she continued arguing with us.
