Suan Long — Restaurant in Wädenswil

A star might be even too much. I was told I had to share a table with a stranger when I arrived which I did not mind. Then I placed my order. I ordered a bowl of noodle soup shrimp and pork (main course). But I asked if I could replace pork with duck. She said yes. All went fine until my meal came. She brought me soup as appetizer. I said I ordered main course. She took it away and one of the waitresses came to me and said we could not make it the way you asked. I said ok let's keep it simple, shrimp and pork then. She immediately said no and continued saying that she had ordered half duck and wan tan noodle soup for me. And kitchen was preparing it she added. I was like 'what the hell is this'. She did not even ask me if I wanted to have half duck or not before she placed the order to kitchen. I still was relaxed and said ok. I received my -unordered meal. I could not finish it BECAUSE they doubled the size of main course by combing duck menu and wantan menu. I could not finish it cos it was way too much for a woman, even way too much for a fat man. Then the waitress came and wanted to serve me another soup. What was she thinking? I already had my soup and a plenty of soup was left over. The worst is about to come. I received a bill of 53CHF for a bowl of soup. The most stupid waitresses ever. The food was great though. If they change staff, I...

Not deserving a single star. Probably the worst restaurant in my forty years of life.

Food was just horrible. We ordered 2 starters and 4 dishes. We ate only the starters, that were tasting like expired food. We were getting quite suspicious about the main dishes.

When they arrived, we understood our error to have ordered there. We took a bit of the vegetables dish that were bearable. But the 3 meat dishes were absolutely dreadful.

We immediately stopped to eat and went away before risking serious food poisoning. Bad tasting food is one thing, but expired meat is another one. I was worrying about the health of our young children.

We left without eating the rest of this terrible food but still had to paid 99.- ... A very bad experience.

We are not surprised why when there is only one restaurant open on a sunday in wadenswil, they can only have two tables occupied. Food from microwave, meat not fresh smells too bad, I feel sick when I smell it, vegetables barely fresh, even the spring rolls were not fresh. Paper found in the rice I am not sure what paper was that. The waiters were nice who deserve one star but the wrong dish was served, luckily they have changed for us after a few minutes. The table cloth was dirty on the corner, we had to go the MacDonald to do a take away after paying 99.- to them.

We wonder why it exists because it has been very very long time i have never eaten sth bad to this level in a restaurant. We told them we were not happy with the food but they still charged...
