Incontro Pizza — Restaurant in Winterthur

This was a small and very cute restaurant with a nice atmosphere and a definite Italian vibe. It had a great selection of pizzas - you could add up to 4 different toppings for the same price of 18 CHF, which I think is very fair.

The only drawback was the waiting time; it took fairly long for the pizza to arrive (about 30 minutes). But the pizza was quite good. You could also sit outside, which added a nice vibe. Overall, I really liked the pizza and would recommend.

Volevo delle pizze da portare via. Davanti a me una fila impressionante , che è positivo e segnale che le pizze sono buone. vedo che quelli in fila hanno in mano lo scontrino. Vado dentro e chiedo di pagare e prenotare le pizze. Mi viene detto che devo prima ordinare fuori e dopo tornare a pagare. Per me sarebbe stato più logico pagare prima. Mi reco fuori e nel mentre altre due persone vanno dentro ed escono fuori con lo scontrino senza aver ancora ordinato la pizza. Allora chiedo ancora alle altre persone che mi dicono che bisogna prima pagare. Quindi torno dentro e chiedo di poter pagare, spiegando che le altre persone avevano tutti lo scontrino. Pago e mi rimetto in fila per ordinare. Nel mentre mi accorgo che tutte le pizze hanno il cornicione bruciato, anzi carbonizzato. Capisco che c'era il pienone in sala e il forno serve sia la sala che l'esterno, ma non si possono servire le pizze con il bordo carbonizzato. Il cornicione della pizza così bruciato diventa come il catrame di carbon fossile. Presenta elevata tossicità in particolare sotto forma di Nitro derivato, a causa del forte potenziale cancerogeno e mutageno. Per concludere, dopo 26 Min , al freddo, ancora non avevo neanche potuto ordinare. Ergo, rientro e chiedo il rimborso sia per la lunga attesa che per la poca attenzione al bordo della pizza che proseguiva ad uscire...

Erstmal die Pizza ist super ein Kompliment an die/ den Pizzaiolo!

Jedoch sollte das Personal geschult werden = wenn es keine vollkorn Pizza gibt bescheid geben und nicht einfach eine normale Pizza machen und danach," Teig ist fertig" sagen und ohne Entschuldigung. ..wahrscheinlich liegt es auch an den fehlenden Sprachkenntnissen.... Die platzzuteilung ähnelt einem kleinem machtspiel, es darf nur da gesessen werden wo sie es sagen und das ist immer schön aneinander, Privatsphäre kennt ihr nicht , oder ? Freundlichkeit!!!! Das fehlt bei euch im Service! Leider kann man das nicht schulen, das hat man oder halt nicht, wie bei euch ! Denkt daran es gibt genug Restaurants die Pizza anbieten, wie erwähnt, eure Pizza ist super, jedoch noch 2, 3 mal so behandelt zu werden lass ich mir nicht gefallen. ( ihr denkt sicher na dann geh doch bitte wo anders hin, ist einfacher als...
