Been in Yverdon-les-Bains for a week, tried a few restaurants, basically they were ok, not that great and to be honest slightly overpriced. Then I stumbled across LeBotanik, what a gem, great service, excellent quality of food, good selection of local wines with a nice warm ambience, I will be back to try other things on their innovative menu, and not overly pretentious, I strongly recommend this gorgeous little restaurant ❤️❤️

Fantastic dinner here. Recommended by my Airbnb host, also a chef, and she was right! Every bite was delicious. A wonderful appetizer of pork terrine and main dish of Aroncini, with Jura chardonnay, and a dessert of mini French toasts, with local absinthe. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lovely view of the canal and chateau Tower. And very reasonably priced!

Super découverte à Yverdon, à quelques pas de la gare. Alors que le restaurant était très rempli, le personnel a su faire l'effort de nous dégoter une table pour 5, sans réservation. Bravo! La carte mériterait qu'on y retourne plusieurs fois, il aura été difficile de faire un choix. Les plats végétarien ne manque pas. Nous avons pris le bagel veggie (top!) et les carottes déclinées en 5 saveurs (chapeau!). Hormis leur plats délicieux, le restaurant offre un endroit convivial et chaleureux: super agréable pour une soirée mémorable.
