I went with my daughter, she is a vegetarian, she asked lasagna al pastor, it was very bad !!!!! dry and salty, to the extreme she could not eat it everything was greasy and full of oil.. when we told the service, it was very salty the answer was "you have to pay for it, my normal lasagna was dry aswell and without any taste not even cheese. We can't drink black teas regarding health issues we asked for a lemon ice tea and they assured us it wasn't black tea and when i read the bottle it was black tea lemon flavored. The presentations are outstanding, really artful and wonderful.
The room is lovely. Apparently it was once the Hotel de Ville or similar. If you visit the Science Fiction museum next door you'll observe that one of the rooms is actually upstairs from this restaurant, and was probably the main deliberating room, or what the Suisse call the "Pas perdus."
The waiter was nice.
Not so good bits:

Read moreWhen we arrived at this restaurant we did not expect this lovely pizza! I had one with nduja (spicy calabresian sausage) The texture was perfect and the spice level was on point. I would call the style of pizza neapolitan, with a fluffy crunchy crust and a saucy middle part.
The location is pretty busy, but you have a nice view on the castle Yverdon.
