Ying's Thai Kitchen Zug — Restaurant in Zug

I cannot judge the quality of the food, because the preparation of it took 45 minutes and by the time the food was ready, I had to go back to work. Staff was rather unfriendly (and inefficient, obviously). They have 4 different menus. I would expect them to have their mise-en-place ready for these dishes and that preparation would be quicker.

Response to owner's comment: I told you in person that this is disappointing and that we would not come back. Most likely you were not listening. I am very happy that your delivery service works so well. I also wouldn't order for delivery, as it seems impossible to anticipate the delivery time frame. However, if the delivery business is already so much work for your kitchens capacity, then maybe you shouldn't offer take out. Or at the very least, warn the customers of the extremely long waiting period. Also, you could probably save time if you wouldn't need to type the order on your POS, then write the specific menu order on the receipt by hand, then hand it over to your kitchen. Invest in something more streamlined.

But thank you for being insulting. This really shows that this isn't really an establishment that should be visited again. If you were truly sorry for f*cking up the order, you would invite me to come back with some kind of incentive. But of course, it's up to you how to treat...

Very good food. Very friendly staff. Just a little bit more pricy compare to some Zurich Thai similar restaurant. Also not open enough. Edit to the answer of the owner : what a professional comment Edit 2: very unprofessional again. I would suggest you to take some social media lessons to know how to react professionally to social media "negative"comments. (I think my comment and rating not negative by the way...) You are now just making yourself unprofessional as a company on your own page! You might "work very hard" as you say (I belive this) but you just distroy yourself on your own social media page. Think about it. Think about some customer who never see your restaurant and see the way you answer. They will likely skip your restaurant not because of my comment but because of your comment which self distroy yourself... Absolutely loved our meal at Ying Thai Restaurant in Zug! We ordered the Pad Kee Mao and Pad Thai, and both dishes were outstanding.

The Pad Kee Mao was bold, spicy, and packed with fresh flavors — just the way it should be. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the vegetables still had a nice crunch. The Pad Thai was equally delicious, with a great balance of sweet, tangy, and savory, and topped with just the right amount of peanuts and lime.
