Himalaya Burger & Co. — Restaurant in Zurich

Came here as I remembered it being absolutely delicious at the street food festival. I was right.

I reserved a table online, which worked perfectly. When we arrived though, we were the only table. Two other parties came and left during our stay there, but it was completely empty. I hope they make enough money with take away orders and Uber eats — everyone come here and support local business!!!

I had the classic Tibetan burger combo, and my friends had the premium burger combo. The Tibetan burger reminded me of a pulled beef sandwich, and was amazing. The premium burger used higher quality cut meat and truffles. Unfortunately the premium meat was well done (wasn’t given the option to ask for it to be cooked medium) and didn’t taste too much like truffle. Honestly, just get the classic burger here, it is the better burger! If you hate mayonnaise like me, make sure to ask for Italian dressing for your salad. This is a clean restaurant with friendly staff. However, the kitchen is a mess and isn't able to expedite orders efficiently. Even though the place wasn't crowded at all, I saw cooked burgers waiting in the kitchen for over 20 minutes getting cold. The kitchen was littered with incomplete dishes that had already gone cold.

With only four options on the menu, the kitchen should be running a lot more smoothly.

It took 30 minutes to get my burger - cold - so I had to send it back.

Wow, does this place suck! Despite only three tables seated in the place, the woman refused to bring a menu or take a drink order. Very busy...if anything else were open, I would've left but I didn't (my fault). Best part was when I went to pay, the amex didn't work (even though the terminal has an amex symbol on it).
