So the coffee is AMAZING! Really good coffee! I usually come on Sundays and there are some things to be considered:
personnel with open hair and touching the croissants with bare hands are a NOGO! Can be easily solved with tools in place.
then what happened many times is that the place immediately fills when they open at 10 am, but the preparations hadn't been done:
Water isn't filled, preparations with the paying device wasn‘t in place, no music to tune in, so the management really should think of letting their people work earlier so the preparations can be done and the service is at place when they open. Cause there was a long line at 10:10 and we got our coffee by 10:30 which is a long time.
