Tamnansiam Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Zurich

When for diner on a business trip with a college.

Arrived there around 7PM on a Tuesday evening without reservation. We got a table directly and were served quite fast I took the « Red Curry » (Rotes Curry) with a portion of Jasmin Reis (to be mixed with the sauce from the curry) and a « fried rice with eggs » (gebratener reis mit eiern) Everything was good.

Something we really like is that some types of courses (like the curries) you can decide what to have with (Tofu, Chicken, Pig, Beef or Scampi)

Price were good as well, specially compared to the other Asian restaurants in that...

I am Thai and have been a regular customer for years and was satisfied that I even sometimes ordered their deserts to deliver at my place but my latest order was very nonprofessional and shocked me… The main dish (Thai noodles is lacked of ingredients..) and the desert (in coconut milk) is way lacked of coconut milk! - I really wish I could provide pics here… It’s disappointing of the quality of food…I won’t order from them again…there are also other great Thai...

Food is delicious, staff is very friendly and forthcoming! I warlmy recommend this restaurant for all Thai fans and those yet to be converted.

I went here for the lunch buffet which was diverse, good meat/fish dishes, great assortment of veggies and side dishes like spring rolls and dumplings.

Everythings tastes well and there is a broad variety of condiments such as roasted crished peanuts, home made dipping sauces in glass...
