Turicum — Restaurant in Zurich

Great local restaurant which is why I always come here when in Zürich.

The menu remains unchanged but it doesn't need changing. There is a good range of various schnitzel, full range of Italian multi-course offerings and more than 2 pages of pizzas. All freshly prepared in the kitchen. You can hear the chef hammering the schnitzels flat to order.

A small but more than adequate wine list offers a good choice of Italian wines.

An incredible hidden gem near Altstetten. I've eaten at many restaurants in Zurich, but none give you as much bang for your buck as Turicum. Incredibly high quality pasta and even FREE DESSERT! Incredibly friendly service and the food really is amazing.
