Micas Garten — Restaurant in Zurich

Nothing horrible but nothing great either. Parking your car is not possible even though this place is not in downtown.(that's the fault of the city of zurich, not the bar). Cash isn't accepted yet food stands still have little cups for tips. You employees must happy about that: no cash accepted means no tip in cash given, is that the future you are aiming for? The food is of good quality but like everything in zurich on the pricier side. Also you need a phone with internet and a credit card (you will be debited in chf) to order food (not a given for people from outside the country): simply ordering and paying at the stand seems to be problematic. I just don't see what is to be gained by re-inventing a perfectly simple business model: order at the bar/stand and pay there in whatever means you wish (yes, that means including cash....). Excluding human interaction makes this feel like a budget airline check-in: not a pleasant...

"Mica's Garten" ist zweifellos ein einzigartiger und faszinierender Ort in Schlieren, Zürich, der vor allem an warmen Sommerabenden den perfekten Rahmen für entspannte Drinks und kulinarische Köstlichkeiten bietet. Das Ambiente allein ist schon einen Besuch wert. Die verschiedenen Holzgerüste, Food Trucks und Bars verleihen der Lokalität eine charmante und ungezwungene Atmosphäre, die zum Verweilen einlädt.

Alles in allem ist "Mica's Garten" definitiv einen Besuch wert, insbesondere wenn man ein Fan von entspannten Sommerabenden in einer einzigartigen Umgebung ist. Ob man einen Drink an der Bar geniessen oder sich von den verschiedenen Food Trucks kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen möchte, hier findet jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Zürich Streetfood Festival at Micas Garten. A nice location, but a little bit far outside the city. However, once inside the place is beautiful. A lot of cool places to sit (but still a bit busy around dinner time). Many food trucks and stands. Almost no waiting time as the menus, ordering, and payment is organized electronically using your mobile phone. But bike parking is difficult / very bad organised. I feel sorry for the "security" lady who has to control...
