I am not an aficionado of 粿Gui (rice cake), even though most of my family are crazy about these famous Taiwanese dishes. Sometimes, my family buys a variety of Gui foods or snacks, but I have never been interested in trying them. They are not my type. However, the Gui dishes at this restaurant are amazing; they have a very smooth texture and a mild flavor. When you eat them with their special sauce, they mix together and create an extraordinary burst of flavor in your mouth. Many tourists wait in long lines for a meal, so it’s recommended to wake up early and arrive at the restaurant...

心心念念許久的煎盤粿 此訪北港 特選了兩家比較 ●A餐(粿 米腸 香腸 滷腸) 4.6星 特A餐與即大綜合 A餐為小綜合 主發味為滷腸湯汁香腸油脂 雖淋有米醬 似肉圓醬 但其不發味 僅提供甘味 黏稠感 米粿本人 北部我們稱油蔥粿 焦煎 皮脆帶韌 台語說赤赤 口感偏蘿蔔糕的扎實 而不像台南米粿般的軟糊 米腸 米質相當好 原本以為是人造腸衣 經店家指正是真豬腸 特表抱歉

香腸 似高粱酒香腸 發酒香 肥肉多 有種港式肝腸的錯覺 滷腸 複滷型 二次滷 故滷得相當透 厚實濃郁 總的說 味型與口感圓滿豐富 ●豬血湯 4.5星 其實已有免費附湯 而且那柴魚湯很是濃郁 想必柴魚量沒在省的 做爲免費附湯 相當有誠意 但既來之 還是想嘗試 這湯工整 沒有沙茶 有韭菜甜 豬血的那種咬切崩彈 極鮮 不是說口味有多特別 但吃這鮮與量 足矣

難得來北港,本來看到網路上照片沒有引起特別的興趣...畢竟都是常見的料理,無法理解怎麼會這麼有名!但吃過之後整個大改觀,神、美、味!!!好想立刻把家人全部抓來品嚐這奇妙的滋味啊~~ ▲店內小小的,生意很好,原則上A餐就是米腸、粿、滷腸、香腸都有,其他BCD就是少了某樣料,特A餐就是份量更多的意思(推測)!建議第一次來可以點A或特A! ▲大腸跟粿都是現煎的恰恰酥酥,不是煎好等著客人點,所以入口還會燙!搭配獨特的醬汁,那神奇的醬汁真的太美味,不是醬油膏也不是醬油,是從來沒吃過的味道,搭配蒜泥或甜辣醬真的超美味!本來我們兩人點了一份A餐,入口之後深知不妙,此等美味共食是絕對不夠的,立刻再加點一份! ▲A餐大約是正常女生食量可以吃飽飽!好羨慕在地人有這麼飽足的早餐可以吃~~ ▲米腸、粿都煎酥酥的非常好吃,滷腸非常Q、相較之下香腸就比較普通一點。 ▲湯類:我不吃豬血(店內湯類都是豬血湯系列~但好像有免費柴魚湯,我自己沒有注意到~),友人說豬血湯的湯頭較為清淡,不過豬血放的非常多!很飽~
