丰明殿 第一涮涮鍋殿堂-明德殿 — Restaurant in Beitou

If you leave a 5 star review, you can get a free item. But I was very turned off by a few things.

They were definitely understaffed. We had to stand up to go find a waiter to order. Food came much slower than expected. My friend waited at least 10 minutes to get her plate of beef. Again, goes back to it being understaffed. The sauce area was not very clean. There was a lot of spilled liquid on the counter that was off putting. Our table wasn’t wiped cleanly. Underneath the table also had dirty tissues. They charge a 10% service fee but barely served us.

菜盤內有菜蟲跟店家反應， 結果外場人員也不理我們， 直到我們拿手機出來拍照， 內場廚房人才直接殺出來， 當場當面抓了蟲就說沒事， 這種服務態度真讓人驚艷！

所以就算住附近也沒再來， 之後回顧評論也不知去哪， 今天二訪外帶就再來評論！

最近餐廳紛紛推出防疫餐， 我們家觀望一陣子丰明殿， 想說跟上次用餐事隔許久， 應該可以再給它一個機會， 殊不知這是噩夢的開始啊！

因為臉書說可以私賴小編， 所以我就直接加官賴好友， 並說明要點餐跟聯絡資料， 小編跟我說十一點半單多， 問我可以改十二點取餐嗎？ 也跟小編確認過餐點內容， 中午十二點我就準時出門！

到了門口天啊真是嚇死人， 前面至少五個人在等外帶， 我跟著排隊後還繼續來人， 做外場的那位小姐真的爛， 不會先跟你確認訂餐資料， 一直跑進跑出由客人入座， 也不按排隊順序接待客人， 真心覺得排隊是排心酸的！

排了十五分鐘終於輪到我， 登愣訂餐資料居然沒有我， 你們賴小編是幽靈人口嗎？ 真真實實是在等心酸的啊！ 只好現場跟小姐確認餐點， 並且開始了我漫長的等待！

小姐說因為今天人力不足， 所以切肉需要等二十分鐘， 實際上是等好多次二十分， 前面五人外加還有人插隊， 從我坐下到我實際領到餐， 足足等了一小時四十五分， 我都可以內用吃完餐點了！

再看看菜單內容十三盤肉， 丸子蛋餃甜不辣各有一份， 青江跟高麗各一和兩鍋湯， 拉麵四坨跟特製醬料各一， 王子麵沒了就換成刀削麵， 我真不知為啥要等這麼久⋯

你家的肉是現養現殺的嗎？ 你家的青料是現摘現做的？ 除了肉不能先削好包裝好， 其他菜醬料都可以先備好， 我從午餐等到變成下午茶， 四個人在廚房包菜這麼久， 員工也沒有出來表示什麼， 客人的等待就不是時間嗎？ 我在店內待了快兩個小時， 不知這樣算不算店內群聚？

真心建議你們要做外帶餐， 就應該有良好的配套措施， 做火鍋也沒有附蔥蒜那些， 就沒那屁股還要吃那瀉藥， 做不出來餐點又硬要接單， ...
