And Louisa is extremely strict if u want to take away the points you accumulated. If u buy only food, u can't deduct the points. If u get two drinks with discount, can't deduct the points. And then I got one drink and specifically mentioned I wanted to take away all the points. The boss said ok but when I got home, I saw the receipt, he only took away 7 points(However, I got 65 points...and I am afraid they will expire). (雖然只是其中一人,但她幾乎每天都在...) 要不是因為我在附近上班 才不會每天都來忍受她的大便臉!! 每次點餐結帳的時候, 都用超不客氣的態度加上“快點點完餐” 的語氣加臉色 (很多時候我都是在非尖峰時段去的, 所以後面都沒有人排隊,如果後面有人 我絕對不會花太多時間看menu 堵到後面排隊的人的時間) 而且如果我問一些問題 (例如糖度可不可以調, 三明治要加蛋加cheese, 可不可以花錢多買個紙袋... 等等, 所得到的回答都是用一種超誇張的聲音說: “不可以”耶“ 沒有”喔“ 不能”喔“ 我們這個本來已經有附cheese, 所以你應該要說”加蛋”而不是加蛋加cheese 拜託我每天來店裡是為了聽你的bitchy voice嗎?!! 到底為何要故意加長音?? 如果我真的那裡得罪過你, 就明說你不想要我來消費啊 我是沒有注意到他對其他顧客如何 下次來看看哈哈 但是一家店員工訓練成這樣 能夠容忍這種店員 (或是根本不知道?) 並且讓顧客覺得每次去都是一種折磨 我真的覺得超級誇張的 拜託我只是要來買一份食物或飲料! 真的也沒有要求店員要多客氣 但也不能誇張成這樣!!
The staff here is obviously not trained to interact with customers professionally. I come here often since the store location is close to my working place. Every time one of the staff uses a very unfriendly voice with an attitude to complete my order. The worse part is that she is there very often too... In addition to the attitude, she adds a very weird lengthened ending at every single sentence especially when she is refusing the request. However, the requests are usually as straightforward as in can you explain the difference between the two coffee in the two different columns, can the sugar level be adjusted lower, can I pay extra money to buy one more paper bag. One of the staff even forced me to say certain words when ordering a sandwich such as (we already provide cheese in all these types of sandwich so you should say add egg please instead of add cheese and egg please.) I am not mad at all to be rejected since I respect each store’s rule and I am not very familiar with this chain (I just started a new work). It is the tone and attitude of this staff that really angers me. I am amazed at how negligent this store is toward the staff training. And as a customer, I feel very annoyed that I have to suffer this staff’s attitude whenever I come for simply just a coffee...
Read moreCoffee good as always, but service needs to be improved. You can’t really blame the employees, staffing 2 employees for that many customers - destined for failure. Rude behavior when taking order, not making customers aware their drinks are ready (you have to find out yourself), getting orders wrong despite customers even repeating it. You will make your customers and employees a lot happier if you staff this coffee shop adequately! Is it really worth saving...
