穠咖啡 Nongcoffeeroaster（無訂位） — Restaurant in Beitou

Very nice coffee shop at a walking distance from Mingde metro station and near a few parks (not in sight but very close). Squeak clean, with overall good service, nice coffee (can't vouch for all what they make but the latte i had was on the mid-upper level). The passion fruit cake was good too and presentation was nice as well. Very nice relaxing music, squeak clean and no pressure to leave despite the place being a tad cramped. I highly recommend it. Prices are honest, too. If i were to make a slogan for them i'd say they offer "XinYi quality or better at Mingde prices".

Sole gripe. Very few seats and cramped space, but i think it benefits quality.

One sole recommendation: Place some hangers below that bar benches. So that people can hang coats and backpacks, or at least provide some baskets for people to put...

New café in this area. Interior design quite modern, it feels comfortable.

I had an iced lemon tea. Quite good! But I would say too small.

Then I ate chicken Burschetta. Chicken and the sauce was really yummy. The bread wasn't... It tastes a bit like frozen bread. It is a shame because the chicken and sauce are really great.
