套餐附的大杯紅茶才400ml？問店員說很正常，查了一下是說大杯紅茶590ml，我是要少冰，想問少冰冰塊就占190ml，是不是有點誇張了？難道正常冰就會占250ml是嗎？本來不想因為一杯紅茶糾結，但跟店員反應量的問題的時候（因為跟之前差超級多）他就一副聳肩說就這樣啊公司規範就這樣不然我也可以重倒一次給你啊，我就想說好，不要為難店員，但因為差距太大回去用透明水壺量了一下，400ml🙂算了，這就算了，我點燒肉珍珠堡還給我送成薑燒的，到底，根本沒客人又不忙是怎麼用錯的，而且我不喜歡薑，好煩==我從來不留負評因為我知道服務業辛苦，但剛下班餓的要死還很燥回家被發現送成討厭的食物（還比我點的便宜）心情真的有被搞到，第一次留負評根本沒想到會送給摩斯漢堡

櫃檯點餐人員，一開始我站在櫃檯要點餐，點餐女店員一直在滑手機，等我點餐後，還給我不是我要的飲品，最離譜的是~~順便幫我加檸檬片@@然後把飲品拿回櫃檯換時，還一直爭辯她確定聽到的是：「去冰有糖紅茶+檸檬片」，真的超傻眼的！如果貴公司有系統可調閱，以往點餐紀錄！都是去冰無糖紅茶~~ 如果貴公司允許員工空閒時段可以滑手機，我沒意見！但是憑空想像客人要喝的飲品，並且擅自更換飲品！還一直強詞奪理！真的蠻無言的~~

just another fast food joint... but of the various chains, my favorite. some locations are better than others in terms of service and food serving temperature.

this Linsen location is a bit inconsistent, but if you complain about something, at least they will...

This branch is located close from ShiPi skytrain station. The staff were kind and the food tasted as they were supposed to be. However, the dining area wasn't in a good condition as I often spot dirty tables not cleaned up...
