仰光泰式料理 — Restaurant in Caotun Township

附近有停車格但一位難求， 而且這條路的車流滿大的， 在停車的時候壓力會很大， 建議可以直接停到立體停車場。

今天一進店門時， 就聞到一股很像痠痛貼布的味道， 不確定是不是常態😅 座位數不算多， 但有大圓桌很適合聚餐， 用餐當天就有好幾組家庭聚餐。

帶位入座之後自己看菜單， 決定好再請服務人員來桌邊點菜， 開水要自己到櫃檯拿紙杯裝， 不是每桌都有放一壺水。

餐點口味已經改良得非常台式， 點菜時因為服務人員沒有特別問， 所以上菜後才發現所有菜都沒有辣， 除了綠椰汁雞的醬汁本身有微微微辣， 其他餐點都是只有重鹹重油， 還是好吃但就很不泰式。

綠椰汁雞讓我很驚訝的是， 裡面為什麼放了三色豆！ 痛恨三色豆的人要注意一下。 撇除三色豆以外， 這道菜很下飯而且椰汁味滿香的。

月亮蝦餅小份是四片， 搭配的醬應該是梅子基底， 甜味居多，沒有什麼特別的， 不是泰式酸甜醬， 厚度也不算非常驚艷， 但內餡滿豐滿的， 而且外皮炸的很脆不油膩。

蝦醬也不是只能炒空心菜， 龍鬚菜、水蓮、四季豆都有， 龍鬚菜非常嫩， 幾乎沒有吃到硬纖維， 而且是真的蝦醬， 會吃到蝦米的那種。

店裡的空調沒有很涼， 但老闆娘很貼心， 看到客人爆汗會默默地把電風扇轉過來， 而且還主動提供冰...
