Fresh tasting dishes, though was slightly disappointed by 6-piece sashimi in the 2-person set while the same dish in menu starts at 8-piece (could be my fault for not asking, but is it?). Tasted fresh but nothing to write home about.
Service was cold and nearly non-existent. It was early dinner hours and restaurant was slow with idle staffs so it wasn't overwhelmed. When we said we were new there and unsure if to go with set or a la carte so we asked what locally featured dishes are. The response was "depending on if you want set or a la carte". And that was the entire response.
I waited for followed up bit of recommendations and it must be 10 secs of silence and I had to ask further and specifically about each and single specific dishes in the set. Not impressed.
Even the experience when paying for check was marred by behavior/SOP: used LINE Pay to pay, and after showing payment result, was asked explicitly to "press ok (or close?) and show me the screen again", as if patrons could be defrauding them.
Otherwise, great view and nice atmosphere with light southern country...
