If there's any pastry that United States has perfected, it is the donut ! And there's no better place than the Midwest of the United States to experience true American donut culture. As a native of those fried doughy lands. I believe I have a unique and qualified perspective to speak on what constitutes the perfect donut. This is the closest you will come to eating an American style donut outside of the US itself. And in true Taiwanese fashion, they extended the courtesy to make sure that the donuts are not so greasy that it drips down your lips. Thank you.
