價格普通，品項多，麵條粗細、硬度與湯頭濃厚度皆可調，可免費加一球麵，由於日式與台式口味不同，建議可先選擇普通濃度，再看下次是否提升或稀釋。 拉麵的部分，湯頭鹹度夠，蒜味十足，如口味更重，亦可調整鹹度，並加點大蒜醬；麵條尚佳，因粗麵固定硬度，雖期待硬度較高的麵，可惜對我而言還是偏軟，不過麵質依然彈牙有勁，惟同行選擇普通細麵，無從得知硬麵的程度；內容上，木耳脆而不硬，叉燒厚實而不油膩，可能瘦肉偏多，肉質較柴。 除拉麵外，菜單亦列有丼飯與副餐可供選擇，其雞塊，酥脆多汁，肉質鮮嫩，不過建議趁熱食用，避免膩口；隨餐附有毛豆與茶凍，也提供自助檸檬水中和解膩。 用餐體驗部分，室內明亮，座位空間適中，服務佳，進門即帶位與提供菜單，出餐速度尚可，氣氛悠閒，播有眾許多日本翻唱歌曲，室內冷氣稍強；隨時間有不同的優惠活動，可多加注意。

Not recommended if you do not have a Mandarin speaker to help, or at least a working translator app. But it would be a pity. The ramen are absolutely delicious, the bone broth has a rich flavour and the toppings are flavourful. You have to go pick your cutlery and help yourself to the lemon flavoured water. We were there at night it was very quiet with a few people eating by themselves, so no ambiance to speak of. Ramen are between 160 and 220 NTD with a few customization extra. Portion are filling.
