GOOD Morning Breakfast — Restaurant in Chiayi

I got a lot of recommendations from friends, so I had high expectations before coming in. The meals were great! I was aware that the preparation would take about an hour, but my main dish didn’t arrive even after an hour and a half. I noticed that three other tables had already received their mains.

I went to ask if they could check on my sandwich, and about 3 minutes later, a staff member told me that the order sheet had been “dropped,” so my sandwich was missed.

Shortly after, the staff brought me a small compensation for the delay, and I finally got my sandwich.

一兩年前來嘉義玩時，在嘉義唸過書的朋友推薦一定要來吃的名單，當時蠻喜歡，這次再來嘉義玩，二訪更新一下更詳細的評論。

✅先講大致流程： 1️⃣ 內用「一定要填候位單」，不論是否有空位，外場都要求先填候位單統一由外場帶位。 2️⃣ 入座時記得拿菜單，要注意菜單有分「平日」跟「假日」，菜單不同（可能因應假日人潮多減少品項吧？），填寫時記得別畫錯。 3️⃣ 填完單後先到櫃檯排隊結帳。排隊結帳路線只有一條，包含外帶的跟內用的，確保進單流程一致這點還蠻用心的，但也造成排隊處往往大排長龍塞車（而且那區的走道又很窄…！） 4️⃣...

看了這麼多評論， 大致上的問題都差不多是在排位跟等餐的時間， 再來就是出餐順序不公平的情況。 我大概只有候位的時間沒遇到，其他的狀況都遇到了。 感受到老闆是很有誠意地告知客人等待時間， 但是站在客人的角度： 收到的等待時間+15(分鐘)
