This dumpling and noodle place is right near the NTU campus. Obviously the thing to get is dumplings, so got that as was as shrimp wonton soup. Both came out quick and were very delicious! They also have lots of side dishes, hot and sour soup, and other noodle dishes. The restaurant is fairly basic, but for less than 140 NT, this was a great deal. Note that English is not spoken, so either know some basic Mandarin or use a translation app on your phone to read the menu and order. Also depending on time of day, there will be a lot of students eating here, so it can get packed. Definitely one of the better places for dumpling though in the area.

Ordered noodles with "tiger meat" dumplings (it's the name on the menu, someone please let me know what meat it is 😂) and fish ball soup. My friend had sour soup and pork dumplings. Traditional Taiwanese dishes might be a bit bland for foreigners in Southeast Asia, but all the sauces offered can help a lot. Lovely alley that leads to the eatery

I love this shop almost the best. Dishes recommendations: 紅油抄手，老虎油麵，招牌湯. Free flow of winter melon juice is also available. They are also constantly open most of the time so visit anytime you want during the business hours!
