They never provide invoices with a list of the purchased items. Today, I requested one, as I consistently observed a chaotic scanning process—from the basket to the table—in a confusing order. Additionally, a helper always arrives to create distractions. Not to mention, the computer screen is positioned out of the customer's line of sight. Upon checking the items at home, I discovered an extra item I've been charged. I have been a loyal customer for a few years, and I am now concerned about how many times I may have been cheated. It’s a nice store with nice employees but I suspect they don’t keep a dehumidifier at night because I’ve bought spoiled buckwheat flour, spoiled rice flour and more importantly spoiled raw vanilla bean (which cost a lot and had a very strong alcohol smell/taste). Too bad.

Add-on: just opened an entire bag of raw black sesame seeds that are completely inedible, even after toasting them, they taste like biting into a basement brick. I bought it over a week ago so I cannot exchange it. I hope this store finds a way to deal with...
