I've been wanting to go here for a while because of their really lovely outdoor seating area and have stopped by once before to look at their menu. When we went there today, one of their service staff points at the Chinese menu on the board and says they don't have an English menu. I found this extremely strange since I had seen the English menu before. Anyway, we figured we'd get to that later and said we would like a table outside. This was at 2pm and she says no sorry, we have a reservation at 3:30pm...a whole hour and a half later! Ok...we said we would be done by then and took the table. We went back to the counter to order and asked for the English menu from the lady taking the orders and she gave us one. I turned to the original server who said they didn't have one and pointed out that it was the English menu and she just nodded. She didn't seem like she was new to the establishment and she certainly didn't seem surprised to see the English menu. I couldn't quite shake the feeling that she didn't want us to dine there. After we had ordered and sat down, I noticed a pastry that looked good. Unfortunately once again it was the original waitress who was available, so I told her I would like one. She specifically asked if I wanted it for dessert and I said no I would like it right now. I go back to my table and see her walking away and doing other things! After about 10 mins I went back to the cash counter and asked for it and got it instantly. I don't know what was up with the tall, spectacled server but it was ridiculously unprofessional. As for the food, it was ok. We got the lasagne and I liked that it was saucy but it didn't have enough salt. The burdock salad was decent. The pastry was really good, but it's actually from a bakery down the road called boite de bijoux, so I guess you could just go to the...

Food is mediocre, not worth the price. Just another Dongmen restaurant for Instagram models.

Staff aren’t even familiar with the menu—I asked about the items on the menu and each time I had to wait 5 minutes for them to go into the kitchen and ask the staff there.

I refused to pay the 10% service charge for staff that simply took the plate from the kitchen to my table. I also had to take utensils and fill up water myself.

Even after I explained why the service was sub par, they made a whole fuss about the service charge and simply said the staff still “served” me.

Do not recommend and will never...

Came here to find the atmosphere like a small Italian bistro in Canada. The shop/restaurant was a combination of cold appetizers, hot pizza, entrees and some groceries that you will be so tempting to carry it all home.

We ordered the burrito salad ,pizza with Parma ham and arugula, baked vegetables, oven baked chicken!!!! And a bottle of wine. If you come you must order the pizza and the 🐔!!

The food was top notched! Service was very good and I feel like I’ve made it back to the Italian bistros...

Slightly confusing if you had the New York style delicatessen in mind. This is more like a casual Italian/French restaurant but with very delicate flavours. The menu changes from time to time, so sometimes your favs might get rotated out. Apart from dining in the restaurant has selections of specialty condiments, honeys or local packed rice to choose from. Ordered the squid ink risotto yesterday, which I had for so many times now. Still one of the best risottos I think in Taipei. Yummy!
