The cheapest sashimi we've ever eaten and so fresh. It was TWD 100 (S$4.20 or US$3.15) for a plate with 20 thick slices of assorted sashimi. We also ordered a plate of steamed prawns (TWD 200), plus a plate of pork fried rice (TWD 200) enough for 2 pax. Fried rice was delicious but "expensive" relative to the seafood, LOL. Really good the sashimi went great! It is clearly not salmon and tuna because of the texture but no one told it was so all good, besides sashimi is super fresh and tasty. Now I also ordered 糖醋魚 and it wasn't bad, but not that fresh either, full of spikes and all. Summarizing, just order sashimi and you'll be pretty...

後壁湖｜漁之香海鮮餐廳 說這裡是「海鮮界的佛系代表」，一點也不為過。 如果你是從台北、或旗津觀光區來的價格倖存者，來到後壁湖看到這一桌新鮮漁獲——瞬間會產生一種「原來我們以前都在被當盤子」的覺悟。 生魚片不是薄到透光型，而是厚切實在，還附上內建保鮮裝置（冰塊山）與小巧蘭花點綴，頗有「這盤端出去是要參加選美嗎」的氣勢。海鮮熟食也新鮮順口，像炒龍鬚菜這種青菜料理也沒在隨便，調味平衡、有層次，不會只有鹹。 生蠔上桌瞬間，我內心浮現一句話：「這不是夜市一百元七顆的世界了。」——每顆都像有身份證的生蠔，個頭大、有氣勢、醬汁恰到好處，配著海風吃，幾乎能忘記自己不是在北海道。 平日中午前來，剛好遇上淡季，整間店只剩我們，瞬間升級為「私人海鮮會館」，吃飯配海風配寧靜，只有老闆在後廚忙碌的聲音證明這一切還是真實的。 這家店的優點不是在於「驚豔」，而是你吃完後不會後悔。價格實在、份量大方、沒有觀光陷阱，不炫技、不誇張，卻恰好讓人心安。 總結一句話： 這不是那種會讓你拍手叫好、卻再也不來的餐廳；而是那種你吃完之後，會默默記下地址，心想「下次帶爸媽來吃」。
