Despite being a burger place this is NOT FAST FOOD. They make the burgers to order, so there is about a 15 minute wait time. Burgers are fantastic (albeit if you have a big appetite one may not be enough for you). Staff at the counter are very friendly, and some speak English and can help introduce the menu to you. They may also have HIDDEN MENU ITEMS. This time they had a pesto avocado burger which was great! Bad experience ever! First time at this place, they offer a modern vibe. The boss took our order. We went in group but he refused to set a table for us upstair even though there were many guests coming down. He could speak a little English with us. Maybe we miscommunicated somehow? But the way he talked to local is much more patient than us! And use pretty loud voice to talk to us! That really annoyed me! The burger is good though(2nd star for good food)! But I experienced this kind of service so I want to forget...
