I really like Brulee Cafe so I stopped by Mano Mano today to try their cakes with a friend. The cake I got was very well made and attractive. However, the cake I got was 180nt, and I was still forced to buy a drink on top of that, for the cafe minimum is one drink per person. This requirement makes absolutely no sense to me because the cake itself costs more than the drink I purchased (a latte for 100nt). The latte was also mediocre tasting coffee for its price. Lastly, there is very little seating in the cafe and it is all bar stools with little counter top space. You are unable to sit across from a friend - not ideal at all for a place to go if you are looking to chat.

Overall, mediocre coffee and unreasonable pricing requirements. I would give a one star review but the cafe aesthetic is definitely very well done, and the cakes are...

製作時間需兩天才能完成的塔， 口感一定不一樣，吃出他的層次。 底層的塔皮滿不錯的，不會一戳就碎， 不然會吃的整個都是。

東西好吃包材精緻 但人員服務和狀況處理有待加強！

訂購三次 三次都有狀況。

1.送錯餐+遲到 指定區間時間未到（說是塞車），送來之後過一陣子打來說送錯，要我再跑一趟換商品，只說了抱歉，但完全沒讓人感受歉意。

2.不願配合送餐+未附提袋 訂購了30盒，只願送到飯店門口，上個電梯也不行（之前送錯餐卻要求客人跑一趟換商品）。

因第一次訂購有遇到馬卡龍放太久濕掉的狀況，所以要求分兩批送。第一批未附提袋，單送紙餐盒不知道是想要客人怎麼拿，緊急打電話過去第二批才有附上。

3.答應訂餐後告知無法接單

雖然有兩次不太優的服務，但基於餐盒精緻故又和他們下訂。一開始同事打電話確認數量，確認可以出餐。

因前幾天才由我和店家訂購，店家告知續訂會有優惠，故同事請我接續後續訂購。 一開始告知單過多只能自取，我們也同意，過沒多久改口說無法接單，然後要我們之後早點訂購（這句話應該在接單前就要說的吧？）

總結： 以前會覺得店家用心製作食物就好，但幾次訂購下來對客人的服務也同樣重要。

因幾次經驗都是商辦需要所以訂購，只要出差錯就非常麻煩，我們體諒店家經營辛苦，希望店家如果想持續經營，顧客服務也留意，因為看了評論...
