Horrible Service! We were sent to the second floor when first floor was completely empty, then the ordering process was a trip because then we'd have to come down to first floor again to put in our order... every guest is force order a DRINK not just food (including big kids, not clear what's the age limit, i think it's merely based on the owner's mood that day), even though we clearly ordered enough food items to cover each head.
Although food quality wasn't bad, it certainly ain't worth the way we were treated. You can get easily get same quality food but WAY better service elsewhere. Certainly will not visit this arrogant lady M knock off...
Read more一家不懂得應對進退,態度傲謾無理的店家釋放出來服務人員, 產品多好也是枉然! 喝咖啡不就是輕輕鬆鬆喝嗎? 昨天卻喝到一肚子火. 上了二樓 感覺空氣有點悶,又沒有服務人員上來. 看到窗戶, 自然而然就想打開讓空氣流通一下. 誰知, 一位年紀輕輕小女生(服務人員吧), 一上來口氣極差, 誰開這窗戶? 從來沒人開, 這也不能開? 怒氣沖沖.. 說明原由,當客人的我們, 也知道我們多事了, 應該請店家上來開, 當下就立即向他說抱歉不下兩三次. 也"建議"她可能可以貼個小紙條告知這是不能開. 結果, 這位小女生, 還是一臉不悅 口氣極差. 直直唸, 我試著心平氣和問他, 您態度能不能不要那麼差, 他居然說, 是, 他很不爽. 這是哪門子的待客之道. 之後可能有下樓去告狀, 後來,來了另外一位服務人員. 隨後又一位男服務生, 可能是老闆上來, 我只聽到"迸一聲"氣份下似乎也是氣"囃囃""囃囃") 相對我們也告知上來調解另外一位小姐服務生起始緣由, 他卻說 "自己的小孩,她知道" . 雖然感謝這位服務人員理解. 但做客人的我們, 應該沒有理由去理解您家的服務生脾氣是如何吧? 若這位年紀輕輕小女生, 是店家的公主,掌上明珠嗎?我想有能力開店又有能力寵小孩的老闆, 應該有能力讓這樣的小女在在家翹二郎腿, 飯來張口, 水來伸手才對. 何必開店受氣呢? 還是要發揮展示她家的教養呢? 我們是來消費客人,自然知道不應該自行開窗也道歉數次.也試著建議以防下次店家又有類似情況發生. 好聲好氣建議. 店家您 回覆時也必須事實相回覆才對.不適挑您想講的! 若態度依然如此, 我想不必在贅述 讓其他客人嘗試一下, 自然就能了然於胸. 能不能生意細水長流就憑店家本事了. 想當然爾, 當天我們一行4-5人到店消費,所有人是被悶爆. 也是會提供當下的"實情描述" 在FB OR GOOGLE等網路上供他人參考. 您, 店家回覆應當據實以告. 虛心了解(若回覆者, 不是當事人. 是不是要了解情況再回覆, 不是反其道教訓人. ) . 待人處事是相對的. 如您回覆我同伴的評論, 所言. 卻是如此, 您用甚麼態度對人, 您接收到, 就是您怎麼對待對方的反應. 這是一個讓當事人回想,...
