Very disappointed in the services. The moment we walked in we don’t feel welcomed by any staffs (maybe because we are not in fancy outfits). Nor did anyone introduce the menu or explaine the dishes. 優點: 1.用餐氛圍良好，餐廳空間使用良好，餐桌和餐桌間的距離非常愜意。 2.半開放式廚房的設計很不錯，在觀賞廚師做菜的同時，也代表廚房對整潔和管理上的信心。 3.上菜速度適中。 4.外場人員態度不錯，有進步空間(後有詳述)。 5.餐點口味不錯，以美式餐點來看精緻度有提升。 可改進部分: 1.侍酒師(外場幹部?)介紹酒的時候可以再多一點自信，敘述上除了產地、品種、酒莊跟適合的配餐外，可以加入一些酒的調性和特徵，讓客人比較方便做選擇，也增添探索樂趣；倒酒時可以更俐落，有些酒還是灑出來了，外觀和體驗上非常可惜。 2.服務生上菜前可以先觀察桌面空間能否足夠上菜，如不夠可先徵求客人同意後先行調整，後面上菜就不會手忙腳亂，更顯優雅。 3.有些菜在上菜前會需要擺盤操作(像是千層沙拉)，這個建議服務生一定要練習怎麼優雅俐落的擺盤，否則倒沙拉醬的時候很像是從好市多買雞肉沙拉自己在電腦桌前倒沙拉醬，可惜了這盤沙拉。 4.帶位感覺有點無法銜接，我的朋友晚我10分鐘入場結果帶位人員無法確認他要去哪裡，這部分要多加強，帶位的過程很重要，往往是客人對...
