Cunluo Restaurant — Restaurant in Hsinchu

The food is good but something I like to have more authenthic Spanish like the tortilla maybe I cooked myself a tortilla not only patotaes also with onions at home. Paella seafood is really is good in flavor but the rice a bit soft. The tapas for appetizer is good as well remind me in the corner for best Tapas in Barcelona Spain. Otherwise the food here taste. Anyway this not my first time to come here. From the time they just open as well so maybe we have come here with my family in Taiwan many times for grabbing Spanish food. The ambience is rustic same as old in Spanish restaurant in Spain or in Europe. I recommend this place for Spanish restaurant in Hsinchu. I myself I have a Spanish culture and I cook Spanish food/cuisine at home. The lemonada granita is delicious and bake cheese cake not bad thought maybe I am a pastry Chef who run one of the french pastry shop in Hsinchu. The service I would not complain the waiter or waitress I can understand in France you have to be train and have experience and excellent service when serving food in the table. Otherwise I will be back again and again. But noted we will request for aldente rice por lo demás...

We started Birding at 6am and covered at least 10km carrying heavy kit. You can imagine the hunger we had worked up by 1pm. As my wife scrolled for a local restaurant she found Cunluo sitting across from old Nanliao harbor. I have to say it was such a pleasure! The Tapas was excellent, their bread is on point and the sherry vinegar squid is mouth watering. Get the lemon Granita as a pallete cleanser and then tuck into their paella, next best thing to being in Spain. I was so disappointed on this restaurant even they got almost five stars on Google review.

I have been waiting on my seat for over ten minutes and no waiter comes to take my order(even I have reminded them I am ready to order, the waitress just say "OK" then passed me by, and went to manipulate the computer, and then cleaned the table.....leave me wait for her and there were still two waitress on the corner）I got a very worst experience in this restaurant....

By the way, the restaurant next to this one just take my order within a minutes.
