新竹 Defcoffee 拿鐵 評價：🌟🌟🌟🌟 一家簡潔帶有質感的咖啡小店，Def 則是老闆的英文名字，只提供外帶服務！Menu 上飲品都不到百元，平易近人的價位，即使天天喝，常常喝也不會覺得花費沈重，喜歡喝咖啡的朋友推薦喔！也納入了我的coffee Map 店家！ #食感：本店拿鐵咖啡豆為中深烘培的豆子，鮮乳則是選用台農鮮乳，製作好當下就先品嚐一口⋯先感受到鮮奶的香醇後，緊接著透出帶有可可以及堅果般的咖啡香氣，咖啡的味道算是蠻適中的，不會過濃也不會過輕，順口好喝！ 抹茶歐蕾⋯適中抹茶濃度，帶點微甜的口感，如果喜歡喝抹茶特有苦澀感的話⋯可以能會覺得稍微不足或是輕一點！看每個人的喜好！ #小提醒：只提供外帶服務喔！

桂花拿鐵真的好喝。我很怕甜膩的風味拿鐵，所以一般都喝單純只有鮮奶+咖啡的拿鐵/卡布/黑咖啡。第一次來消費是點了熱卡布，好喝順口（但另一半喝了心悸😆)。這次點了很想嘗試的桂花拿鐵（微冰）如老闆所說，雖然是使用桂花糖漿但沒有很甜。喝得到桂花香，整體很討喜。

營業時間長，方便，店員動作俐落、有條理，咖啡好喝，幾乎是這個價位能喝到最好的咖啡了。 特別是摩卡非常非常非常好喝！沒有過甜的噁心感而變成不像咖啡的飲料。巧克力不太甜，風味醇厚地與拿鐵融合得很好。

在只在乎便宜大碗的清夜能有這樣高品質的店家彌足...
