Long overdue review.

I have been here 3-4 times now. I am a picky eater and I complain a lot. This is one of the only restaurants I have found in Taiwan so far that I cannot complain about.

Their pizzas' cheese is perfectly cooked to a slightly tanned color. The amount of sauce in their pizzas is perfect. They have perfectly cooked pizzas, not overdone, not undercooked. I have seen more expensive pizzas of lower quality and taste elsewhere This is coming from a picky eater.

Their beef burgers are juicy and to die for, my girlfriend ended up eating half of mine. The fries that came along with that beef burger seemed as they were cut beforehand. They were extremely crunchy.

The owner did mention that he makes his own pizza dough and pasta instore.

The walls are decorated with bottles of whiskey. The owner is a whiskey fanatic and can offer customers 5-6 whiskeys to try for a set price.

My favourite part about this place is that it has American craft beers like Sierra Nevada's and such.

Despite me liking their pizza and burger, their actual speciality dishes are their ribs and souvlaki, which I plan to try.

I eat quite late but do make a reservation because this place can become busy.

This will be my go-to for pizzas.

Oh, this place is a 5 minute walk from Hsinchu Station.

The owner is caring and correctly guessed I loved tobasco sauce on my pizza without me asking.

He cares about the little details.

The owner is very very kind. Their pork rib sandwich I tried 1st was good taste.Wanna visit again soon. ————— The owner was kind,the same as bef,welcoming us though we visited aft a long time. I like their pork rib,one of their signature dish,also recommended by a lot of customers. Yummy.

What’s more,their crust of pizza is a bit thick&soft,not thin&crispy served @ most other Italian restaurants near by,but with plenty of mozzarella cheese,tasty,I like it also. I’d like to try another flavor next time.

In the end,their carrot cake was also good,authentic taste,a bit too sweet though.
