The must-eat burger in Hsinchu. Easily the best burger I’ve had in Taiwan. I ordered the peanut burger and it was cooked to perfection. A juicy slightly-pink meat patty with homemade bbq sauce (v tasty), peanut butter, and salad served in an interesting black bun. It got it with the beef balls (surprised how good these were) & fries that had been tossed in cumin. Normally I talk about the location or decoration first, but this tiny burger bar is all about the food. Chatting to the friendly owner it’s easy to understand why, his is extremely passionate about food and developing flavors. In addition to burgers (the cheese truffle beef burger sounds good), the menu contains pulled pork and brisket.
