Found hair in the pot and they spent AGES replacing it. When they came back, they gave me LESS food than there should be (and yeah I guess the time spent was for counting what were inside the pot). And I still had to pay the full amount for the poor service...

Nice individual hot pot place with a large selection. Great for groups of 4 and family through if you come with 1 or 2, you will be sharing a table with others....

1.員工福利應該不佳;幾乎都是新進員工 上菜手忙腳亂常超時未上菜忘東忘西 (附近好幾桌都有遇到相同問題) 2.小牛牛五花 油花分布過於極端(油:肉=8:2) -(點菜時,店員詢問小牛是牛五花油脂會偏多是否可以(打預防針) -->當下聽到覺得奇怪,就也沒有異議 因為之前在斗六分店點過小牛不會詢問此類問題,[斗六分店油:肉=3:7]) -----左邊照片是第一張端出來的肉盤,當下向員工反應 有幫忙換肉盤,右邊是換後狀況(大概15片上面7,8片油花正常,下面打開依樣都是油花,看不到肉在哪裡...---- 總結:這並非是服務員問題(員工態度ok),奉命行事管理者指令 斗六分店並沒有這個狀況,光復店偷肉偷這麼多 新竹光復店管理手段異常,老闆偏貪,連這種爛肉都要想盡辦法出貨 花個300多吃到這種肉,誰看了都會想哭吧... 服務員都是新人也能猜測到管理者一定偏小氣 老員工才會留不住...
