位於新竹西大路星巴克旁的網路人氣名店【北門室食】，寬敞明亮的店面空間，裝潢走的是簡約文青風。藉由半開放式的廚房，可以看到部分餐點的製作過程。菜單部分選擇豐富多元，提供了煎餅菓子、創意涼麵、熱拌麵、湯麵、炸物以及特製小食與飲品，每項餐點都極具特色，讓人看了很想都來一份。

食材用料都很新鮮、烹飪調味也很夠味，再加上工作人員都非常親切貼心，讓整體用餐的感覺非常愉悅舒適！想要特別推薦他們家的煎餅菓子，幾乎是桌桌都有的經典必點，有機會到新竹的朋友一定要去吃吃看喔！

With a semi-open kitchen, diners can catch a glimpse of the culinary magic happening behind the scenes. The menu offers a diverse selection including Jianbing , creative cold noodles, hot stir-fried noodles, soupy noodles, deep-fried delights, and specialty snacks and beverages, each dish exuding its unique charm and leaving customers craving for more.

Their Chinese-style omelette wrap is tasty,I prefer with hotter-served,though. However most recommendable dishes.Cold noodle is not special,but normally good,personally like other shop’s,I’m afraid. The potion of noodle is not so big.then abt omelette wrap it’s better to share with someone. Staff r kind,serving with smile. Good noodle...

新竹大遠百附近這間 #北門室食 ， 最有名的招牌餐點就是他們的煎餅菓子！ 人氣超高，平日用餐時間總是滿滿的人潮～ 這次吃完我自己也超喜歡的耶， 喜歡到希望家裡樓下就開一間的那種程度😆

// 男子漢燒肉煎餅菓子 $85 煎餅菓子是來自天津的特色小吃， 薄嫩的餅皮中夾著豐富的餡料， 那脆口的脆餅就是煎餅菓子的靈魂啊～ 裡頭還有厚厚的生菜和充滿醬香的燒肉， 果然跟我想像中一樣好吃！ 上桌時都已經對切好兩半，很好分食， 重點是北門室食的煎餅菓子有超多種口味， 好希望有一天可以把全口味都蒐集起來🤩

// 室食麻醬涼麵 $65 雖然到訪那天天氣超冷，但我還是忍不住想吃涼麵🤣 點了款最基本的麻醬涼麵， 口味帶點醋的微酸，非常開胃！ 雖然我們只點了小碗但份量也很足夠， 冬天怕冷的話也可以再點碗熱湯搭配著吃～

// 四川口水雞 $160 微辣的辣度，對我來說是很涮嘴又不會感到負擔的程度， 裡頭也加了一點麻醬，讓辣油的風味更濃郁了～ 雞肉十分嫩口，是道優秀的開胃菜！

// 味噌三合一湯 $55 加了香菇貢丸、豆腐、蛋花的味噌湯， 口味有些偏甜，湯料的份量挺有誠意， 怕冷的人勢必得來碗熱湯暖暖胃吧～

這間北門室食原本開在城隍廟附近的北門街上因而得名， 後來搬到西大路上，就在星巴克的隔壁～ 內用座位很多！不過桌距就顯得有些擁擠， 用餐時間一到很容易就客滿了， 我之前就好想來吃吃看， 但因為營業時間配合不上都一直擱置著， （因為他只開11:00-18:00 🫠 比較適合午餐或是外帶） 推薦給喜歡小吃的大家！這間不會讓你們失望的～
