This place is definitely a gem!

Only came here 3 times before it became my favorite noodle place in Hualien. This vegetarian shop has lots of vegan options, featuring noodle soups & rice with homemade mushroom patties.

Besides various kinds of patties, the owner also makes her own cat ear noodles (麵疙瘩 miàn gē dā) and it goes with 5 different kinds of soup. My favorite is 紅燒麵疙瘩, a savory & slightly spicy noodle soup dish, suitable for those who love stronger flavours.
