One of the worst experiences. I’m no stranger to waiting for good food, but my pet peeve are when it’s clearly inefficient and a waste of everyone’s time. How do I even begin to describe why you shouldn’t go to this place? (1) you take an order number before waiting for your order to be called… what’s the point here when the person taking your order is also the one preparing it? You end up in a situation when people leave because lines are too long and they cannot properly estimate how much quantity they have left. I saw them turning down people after waiting for 30 mins, only for people abandoning their orders and accepting new ones… (2) order was so slow the pancakes were not hot and was mid, (3) they wasted time taking orders on the call when they could not even keep up with offline orders? What’s the point in this?, (4) stall owners were whatsapping when there were over 30 people lining up… do yourself a favor and just go to the blue truck. And...

We arrived 5 min before opening time, and only 4, 5 people were waiting, so we thought we were lucky. After 25 min of waiting in the heat of Taiwan, with little to no shade at all, none of this people had been served. But many people that came after had been (probably phone orders). They took more 10 min to make one big fat order of around 30-40 that eventually waited for its owner all the time we were there... It would have changed nothing to prepare some of the food for the people waiting in front during that big fat one. When asked how long it'll take, they told us 10 more minutes... We mentioned that we had a train to catch, but it didn't change a thing... So we left...

Shop assistants converse in chinese of your order number. Non-Chinese speaking customers may get clueless since they cannot understand what order is being called. Best to get helpful...
